Sierra Mist Natural is made by PepsiCo(also known as Pepsi and Pepsi-Cola). It used to be sweetened with H.C.F.S, also know as High Fructose Corn Syrup but now all the ingredients in the non-diet Sierra Mists sodas are all natural, and it's sweetened with sugar. It comes in many flavors such as Lemon-Lime, Diet Lemon-Lime, Diet Ruby Splash, Diet Cranberry Splash, and Cranberry Splash. This review is on the regular(non-diet) varieties, which are Lemon-Lime, and Cranberry Splash.
The Cranberry Splash is a very delicious soda. Although it is only available during the holiday season. It pairs well with turkey, chicken, pork, and other meats. It also pairs well with most holiday food. It is a festive drink, like Egg Nog, but in a soda for with cranberry flavor. The soda mainly has a cranberry flavors with hints of citrus, with a light body. It has a nice aftertaste and may also be used as a palate cleanser after turkey, chicken, or pork. And the soda has a very natural taste, and no film or syrupy stuff develops after you drink it because it is sweetened with sugar! Overall Sierra Mist Natural Cranberry Splash is a great soda and gets a 10 because of its great taste, versatility, and all natural ingredients.
Lemon-Lime
The Lemon-Lime Sierra Mist is also very versatile. It pairs well with many different foods such as, citrus dishes, chicken, beef, some types of pork, and much much more food. It also serves as a great palate cleanser. The flavor of this flavor of Sierra Mist is more subtle than the Cranberry Splash flavor. It also is very good for warm weather, but is good for any season. And it is also sweetened with sugar! This soda has a subtle flavor with lemon and lime the most recognizable, while it also has hints of other flavors as well. Over all Sierra Mist Natural Lemon-Lime gets a 10 just like it's Cranberry Splash counterpart.
